What does abundance mean to you?

Have you ever stopped to truly consider what living an abundant life feels and looks like?

Like many of us, I was taught abundance meant having plenty of money in the bank and a steady stream of income. And while financial wellbeing is a part of it, I’ve come to realize that abundance is so much more than dollars and deposits.

What if abundance isn’t something we earn, strive for, or “get” someday so we feel abundant, happy and secure?

What if we feel abundant, happy and secure first—and from that feeling, we naturally begin to create more abundance, happiness and feeling of security?

Let that sink in:
Abundance begins as a feeling—not a finish line.

When we embody worthiness, gratitude and joy, when we love what we do and do what we love, when our daily life reflects what we value most—that’s when we begin to live abundantly.

For me, this means living a joyful, grateful and value-driven life.

Values are the essence of who we are. When we make choices that honor those values, we are, in truth, honoring ourselves. And that feels deeply satisfying.

Values are not tangible. They are not something you buy or hold like a home or car. Values are the essence of who we are.

For example, some of my highest values are:

🌿 Community, connection, nature, adventure
🎨 Creativity, beauty, spirituality, compassion, love
💛 Authenticity, integrity, service, inspiration
🌊 Freedom, ease, trust, play, and flow

As I shape my life around these values—choosing work and experiences that reflect them—life starts to feel valuable to me. That, to me, is abundance.

An abundant heart is like a magnet.

It attracts opportunities and possibilities… and yes, money too—but only when we create a healthy, loving relationship with it.

The more we let go of striving, pushing, or proving—and instead feel grateful for all our abundance—our outer world mirrors our inner world and we create and receive an even more abundant life.

The more we give from an abundant heart, the more we delight and receive with gratitude and grace. We begin co-creating with life itself… and it feels so good.

So I leave you with a few gentle questions to reflect on:

🌟 What is your current relationship with abundance?
🌟 What would it feel like to live an abundant life?
🌟 What beliefs, habits, or stories might need to shift to allow more abundance in?
🌟 What are your highest values—and are you making choices that reflect them?

Abundance begins within. And you are so worthy of living a life that feels rich in every way.

With Love,
