I’m busy celebrating the miracle and love of our newest grandchild, Elsie Prosor. The photo today is of myself, Elsie, big sister Nadia and their father (my son) Will. I am so very grateful for the love and blessings of my beautiful family.

It’s not always big leaps that transform our lives—it’s the small, intentional habits we choose each day.

Here are a few simple yet powerful habits that open the door to more peace, purpose, and joy:

  • Surround yourself with people you feel safe and relaxed around.
  • Refuse to gossip. Speak with integrity.
  • Be curious. Listen to understand, not to defend.
  • Celebrate what’s working. Acknowledge your progress.
  • Forgive yourself. Mistakes are lessons, not life sentences.
  • Let go of the need to be “busy.” Your worth is not measured in exhaustion.
  • Visualize and expect the future you do want—worry is a prayer for what you don’t.
  • Know when it’s time to walk away.
  • Notice when your nervous system is overloaded—and protect your peace by saying “no”.
  • You’re not here to change everyone’s mind. Let it go. Choose peace over being right.
  • Do what you love. Love what you do.
  • Be kind. Be gracious. Always.

One habit at a time. One conscious choice at a time. For authentic and heartful living.
