Transforming Your Future with Your Consciousness

Have you noticed there is a lot going on in the world? Maybe you have felt afraid for your future, the future of your children and grandchildren and for the world. 

I get it. And that’s why I’m bringing this note to you today. To share a different perspective that is designed to support and empower you.

As humans, we often look to leaders and external circumstances as the determining forces in our lives, but in truth, the greatest power lies within us. Here’s what I want you to know….

We change the future with our consciousness. It’s more powerful than any leader in charge.

Consciousness is the energy behind your beliefs, thoughts and emotions. The question is: What are you feeding into your consciousness? What energy are you feeding into your relationships, abundance and health, and how aware are you of this? 

Your consciousness is the thing that is creating your future and even the future of the world. So stop for a minute and ask yourself….Is my consciousness rooted in fear, worry, doubt, anger, separation and judgment? Or is it anchored in trust, compassion, curiosity, beauty, creativity, possibilities, unity, forgiveness and love?

When I speak of love, I’m not talking about romantic love, but the deep love that you are, just for being you. This heartfelt connection deep within may have been forgotten, yet it can never be taken away. 

When you reconnect with this warm and tender love within yourself, for yourself, magic happens. This love has the power to not only transform your relationships and your life but to shift the entire world.

We are at a pivotal moment, and each of us has a role to play. Every shift you make within yourself ripples outward. The more of us who choose love over fear, trust over doubt, and unity over division, the more we collectively create a world that reflects these higher states of being.

I invite you to take a moment to reflect on your own consciousness. Where is your focus, on love or on fear? What beliefs, emotions and thoughts are guiding you? And most importantly, are you ready to step into the powerful creator that you truly are?

Here is a beautiful exercise I want to share with you.

Take a moment now for this higher consciousness activation…

Close your eyes and gently place your hands upon the center of your chest. Allow your outer awareness to be drawn within with your breath, connecting to the love and light within you. Taking another breath, feel the warmth and love within you. With each breath, expand that love within you, then all around you and finally out into the world. Stay here a while, quietly experiencing your soul’s connection, warmth, and grace. Let it envelop you, grounding you in the truth of who you really are…Souls love, having a physical experience.
