
There is so much changing and shifting in our world and in us. The world is in exciting and transformative times. Can you feel it?
Chaos precedes change and change is uncomfortable. How are you navigating this chaotic and uncertain terrain of change?
Many of us are being triggered in fear and imagining worst case scenarios for our future. Others of us know how to work with chaos and the energy and are excited for the changes ahead.
The unknown can be frightening, especially when it’s out of our control. Today, the only thing we can control is how we respond to what’s happening around us.
Are you reacting from a place of worry, doubt and fear and a belief this is happening TO you? Or, are you consciously responding from a place of trust, knowing this is happening FOR you, excited about the opportunities this kind of change can bring?
I’m familiar with moving toward the unknown and radical change. In 2004, I moved from the 30+ years of comfort and security of my home in Truckee California, to a new and unknown world in New Zealand.
Fortunately, I had an amazing coach who helped me use this uncomfortable time of change to help me discover a higher perspective in my life that exponentially grew me in amazing ways I didn’t know were possible at the time.
I learned the difference between allowing fear of the unknown to take over in my head and spin lies that are not based on truth versus soul consciousness led from my heart, based on intuition, focused intention, love and trust.

Today, over 20 years later, I know this move was my soul’s way of taking me to a whole new level of living.
Soul led, intuitive living. Consciously living and creating from my heart.
The soul’s voice in your heart is felt more than heard. It is subtle, quiet, and calm. It’s clear message comes as a knowing within you. It’s deep and like a wise friend, it feels supportive, warm, loving and true. And, it can be scary too!
This will challenge you, create uncertainty and even some chaos within and around you. It takes courage to follow your heart, yet when you do, it will transform you into the person you came here to be. To get started on this, I want to share one of my favorite exercises with you.
💗 Drop into your heart:
I invite you now to close your eyes, and with a s-l-o-w-e-r than usual, expansive “belly breath”, invite your head to drop into your heart. Breath here for three extended breaths.
Bringing your awareness to your heart, place your hand at the center of your chest. Continue breathing, allowing your fully focused, slow, deep breaths guide you into stillness. Try to stay here for at least 5-10 minutes, breathing and settling into the quiet, peaceful space within.
When you notice a thought coming in (and you will), acknowledge it with love, and return to your focused breathing.
With each breath, feel the peace settling deeper within you. Feel soul’s light glowing within you. Feel your love radiating within you.
Stay here a while…and smile.
