A Love Note from Cindy Powers Prosor

Fire
What makes a fire burn
is space between the logs, a breathing space.
Too much of a good thing, too many logs
packed in too tight
can douse the flames almost as surely
as a pail of water would.
So building fires
requires attention
to the spaces in between…
…A fire grows
simply because the space is there, with openings
in which the flame
that knows just how it wants to burn can find its way.

How tightly are you packing your life?

When you become lost in the busyness of your human self, you disconnect from your True Self and in turn, from those around you.

By intentionally pausing and creating space in your life, you can rediscover the presence of beauty, joy and love and that makes life meaningful and fulfilling.

I encourage you to make time to pause. When you do, you create a space for the light to come through.

If you live in the Bay of Plenty, I invite you to join me for a day of light. A day to take a deeper dive into mindfulness practices and reconnect to your Soul. Join me on Sunday October 28 for some Food For the Soul; A Taste of Self Love.

You can find out all the details here.

From my heart to yours,
